The class registration for Lambtown has opened! I'm teaching a wet-felted beret class from 12-3, and there are only 8 spaces available. If you'd like to join me, I recommend signing up early. Lambtown is always a fun day - lots of great people, good food, and highly entertaining activities. In the past, this was a July event, and the weather was always a problem. But the date has changed to October, which should mitigate most of the heat-related problems (here's hoping anyway). There will be sheepdog trials, a sheep-to-shawl competition, sheep shearing, and of course lots of fiber to buy. This year we'll be back at the Dixon Fairgrounds, so if you attended the year we were somewhere else and were disappointed, give it another try. This promises to be the kind of Lambtown we've all come to expect. With organizers like Robin Lynde at the helm, it should be well worth your while. Hope to see you there!

I am so going to Lambtown - with the heat we had in July, I'm really glad they postponed it.
